Mentora began in 2022 as a project inside a single school that was tired of stitching together five tools and still not understanding its own students. What started as a fee-collection rewrite became a classroom, an academics module, a growth score - and eventually, a platform.
Today, Mentora runs across a growing set of forward-thinking institutions in India - from single-campus schools to multi-campus groups. Our team is small on purpose. We ship every week, and we answer support messages ourselves.
We believe the next decade of school software won't come from legacy ERPs bolting on AI. It will come from products designed from the first line of code around intelligence, connection and the child. That's what we're building.
