There's a one-time onboarding fee that includes data migration, staff training and academic-year configuration. It varies by school size - we'll share a firm quote after a discovery call.
Can we start with a single module?+
Mentora is built as one platform for a reason, but yes - many schools begin with Fees or Classroom and expand. We'll help you plan the sequence.
How does student billing work?+
You're billed based on active students in the current academic year. Alumni and inactive records don't count.
Do you support our regional language?+
Malayalam, Hindi/Devanagari and Arabic scripts are supported in reports and select UI. More languages are on the roadmap - tell us what you need.
What about data security?+
